By using PostMaker, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
PostMaker is an AI-powered tool that generates social media content based on prompts you provide. You are responsible for reviewing all generated content before publishing it. We make no guarantees about the accuracy, quality, or suitability of AI-generated content.
You must be 18 or older to use PostMaker. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. You may not share your account or use PostMaker to create content on behalf of others without their knowledge.
You may not use PostMaker to generate content that is illegal, defamatory, harassing, fraudulent, or that infringes the intellectual property rights of others. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.
Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance. Your plan automatically renews unless you cancel before the renewal date. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain access until then.
We do not offer refunds except in the cases described in our Cancellation & Refund Policy. If you cancel mid-period, you keep access until the period ends. If you believe there has been a billing error, contact support@bypostamaker.com within 7 days.
Content you generate using PostMaker is yours. PostMaker retains no rights to your generated content. The PostMaker platform, its design, and its underlying code are owned by PostMaker and may not be copied or reproduced.
PostMaker is provided as-is. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 3 months preceding the claim.
We may update these terms. We will notify you by email if changes are material. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Bangalore, Karnataka.
